Okay after a bit of searching around I found that Riku of Yakuza 5 is voiced by Yuki Kaneko. She has role in few anime including the likes of Idolmaster; maybe that's why she sing so well as Riku.
She doesn't look much like her digital counterpart so like I said before, Riku the hostess in Yakuza 5 isn't modeled from real person it seems.
