Newfriend here(well for this board)

I saw the Fate/Stay Night anime, and i liked it alot; so i want to read the VN. But problem is, not sure how.

I believe their are alot of VNs within the Fate verse right?

Theres:

Fate/Stay night

Fate/Zero (?)

Fate/hollow_ataraxia (?)


So i was wondering if these names are right, and what order they go in? Also are they all translated? and lastly: Which route or story is Fate/Stay night? I think i was told it is the UBW, now sure though.
