Kanshou and Bakuya Overedge is a technique begotten by Tracing the true meaning of the swords, not really an attack developed by Shirou Emiya.

As in, even Caliburn was fighting Berserker when normal Shirou Traced it. Traced weapons "remember" how to fight on their own, if done properly.

Besides, it's 6 simultaneous attacks; Tsubame Gaeshi itself is just 3. [A Stance that Doesn't Need any Openings] can count as a perfect attack too.
