Hi guys need help, I want to train my hips, I can barely open my legs 45 degrees, my hips are tight as fuck, But I love prone bone position so I want something that will help me with that I was thinking of maybe a hip, I really dont care about hole quality just want to mimic the ass so I can proactice certain positions to move my hips, should I get a cheap one from aliexpress?
anything that has legs too?

Also this kind of thing exists seems like something I could use it the mount was adjustable
