If you're in the US, you can get some cheapish pillows from united pillow (they're the first google result). Just get the 20x60 inch ones (the bed bath and beyond ones are 20x54 inch), they fit in the 150x50 cm cases, it's a little full at first, but it goes down with time, and I prefer it pomfy anyway. I have one of the $25 ones, but if I were to get another, I'd probably go with the 300 thread count ones for $4. Shipping is a bit more though, like $15. The reason I'd upgrade is that the standard shell feels a bit... iffy, but it works fine, hell it even survived a trip to London stuffed into a suitcase that it was like 3 times larger than.
