I also gave the Mouth of Truth Pelolin a try. I won't go into much details but I think it's good enough of an upgrade to warrant a purchase for anyone who owns the original Mouth of Truth.

The stuck out tongue is a great idea, it's a bit awkward but you can use it to simulate licking. It also means the lower teeth won't scratch your dick.
Upper teeth feel less rough than the original's, could be my imagination.
The "throat" part is more subtle than I initially thought, could be dissapointing if you were expecting it to choke your dick but I guess it makes the toy more versatile. It does provide some tightness though.

Plus, if you use it upside down, it's like being the protagonist of a john k. peta's doujin.

From what I can see:
- Tongue sticks out of the hole
- Cervix-like thing added (to simulate a throat I guess)
- Minor changes at the end of the canal (doesn't look like it would change anything but this is Magic Eyes we're talking about so who knows)

I'm kinda curious about Tororochi, it looks like Lolinco except maybe less tight but I can't find any review except for one anon who found it boring.
