I know the 'official' hag group is Yukari, Yuyuko, Byakuren, Kanako and Eirin. But what other 2hus do you count as hags?

Anybody else would you consider a candidate for hagdom?

For me the main hags or BBAs will always be these five. I don't count Yuugi, Yuuka, Seiga, Kasen and other similiar 2hus because they are stand-alone characters and doesn't exude the same feel of being maternal figure to a group/faction like the five, so I see them as aunties instead.
Junko and Okina are strong BBA candidates, but I'm not sure how to place them. The original BBAs already have perfect dynamic: You have a shady hag, a cute hag, a cold educated hag, an arrogant overbearing hag and kind benevolent hag. Besides Junko and Okina are Yukari's copy design-wise and Okina's personality is a mix of Yukari and Kanako.
