Moge-ko's original "bonus room" dialogue mentions that she turns into a regular girl when her tailed is pulled, which is why the mysterious Moge-ko in the new game is interesting to me.

I don't know if I'm just misreading the text though.

The closest I've ever gotten to digging up Mogeko/Yokoseko/Kaitei Shujin's gender is their FC2 website from 2006 back when they drew 2ch AA characters (before the Happy Tree Friends and Yume Nikki stuff).
