That was me. The fanbox post was the only thing I could possibly find that could even remotely be interpreted as mentioning a boyfriend. For the record's sake, it just said "I'm finally living alone again." This could mean that she was living with her parents or a friend or a boyfriend. I haven't found any evidence for a boyfriend ever existing, so I just thought I would mention it for completeness.
