I increasingly get the impression that hololive/most of the vtubers don't really get youtube and how to maximise their viewership and ad revnue.

Every other live streamer with a successful youtube channel only upload edited highlights of their livestream but for some godforsaken reason Hololive seems content to leave that up to the community and each of the girls' youtube videos are just 1 hour + long streams that a very small portion of fan will ever bother to watch.

I honestly think they need an editor for each channel to upload a 10-20 minute highlight video of each of their streams and most importantly, archive the streams on a separate channel so you can find the short digestible comment on their channels more easily. It frustrates me that the only consistent high videos are being made by the community with hundreds of thousands of views and Hololive haven't caught on that maybe they should do that for each of the channels with their talent.
