Just because she wasn't euphorically happy 100% of the time doesn't mean she was so spoiled (yet) that she's going to give up right away, she could've lived in this St Lucia-less fragment just fine.
>Note that in one of the montage loops, she even tries to stop Rika from seeing the St.Lucia uniform and starting that dream in the first place.
That's just one of her many attempts at changing fate though? She says multiple times that different choices should lead to different outcomes. That fragment is her thinking that doing x action in y moment will lead to future z, exactly as any other loop. Nothing wrong had happened yet, since we see in the first loop that Satoko enjoys many happy years with Rika until it's time for her to leave for St Lucia, and later on her brother dies. Some loops' fates can be entirely attributed to bad luck (like the plane one) than others, so it wouldn't make sense if this montage had wildly different conclusions for the reader in each loop. But what do they all have in common? Failure.

Death or not, Satoko's cursed as hell. If Rika thought she was cursed, Satoko should too, especially if we're supposed to believe that she looped such an unimaginable amount of times that she became a completely unercognizable monster.

I'll say it again, Satoko herself pointed out her constant bad luck by blaming fate. In other words, she understands that misfortune is the common factor in all of her loops.

It would make for a better story than we're getting in Reiwa.
But her "seething" over Kisaku doesn't mean she'd get violent. It'd be more likely to just make her somewhat bitter over losing the most important person in her life due to their vastly different desires in life.
Of course, with that one interview where Ryukishi said that Rika would be frustrated about Satoshi's return and how she'd feel like she wouldn't fit into their happy family dynamic, more aggressive actions might not be entirely out of the question either.
