I just get mine off amazon/temu, It's fine for everyday clothes and popular cosplay, plus most items are returnable if they don't fit.
Going to need to find a custom tailor if you want niche cosplay, especially if your doll has weird proportions. Personally haven't looked since I've been good with the stuff I can find from the stores above.
