Yeah, it's a mix of explanatory notes, studio guide, cheat sheet for quick and easy reference, etc for understanding the JAV release schedule. i noticed more and more newer sirs asking about how to "get into" JAV or just how to keep track of new/upcoming stuff. the haishin buzzword memery also made me realise there's some quirks to JAV rollout protocol that probably need explaining.
I'm hoping the way I've set it up means it's useful for newcomers and regulars alike but there are also some weird irregularities/inconsistencies across studios/distributors that are fucking with how I want to present this information.

It's a "long month" and most studios skip the fifth Tuesday. The JAV release calendar is on a four-weekly basis with few exceptions depending on parent company/distributor etc
