Should I drop my kanji deck?
I do it at a very slow pace, so it's not like it drains much time, but I think I don't really benefit much from it.

I wrote them down at first, but since that took too much time I stopped and just tried to remember the meanings, but it feels like learning kanji by learning vocab is better.

Did anyone do kanji study like this?
Is there anything I gain from it that I don't get from core / my mining deck?
