I disagree with the first prospect because it seems like it would take training to conduct aerial battles. I don't feel every character goes the magician/spellcaster route to do X thing with magic because then they basically become that thing.

With enough competence to fly at Mach 8 or whatever and not peel the skin off your body to me that's more than a cantrip/weak feat and I feel every individual character has a specific method of flight/levitation be it wings/magic/side power of their main abilities (likely).

Reimu in one of the PC-98 games has Genji for transportation/flying. A Miko especially that strong should of already of known how to "magically" do this. You see Marisa has her broom, Reimu's got "floating"/flight (I don't feel her method is like Marisa's or Patchouli).

For Sakuya's plausibility of Gravity Manipulation:
"Gravity manipulation refers to the ability to manipulate gravity.
