Anon, you have to remember that the Japs who work on this are pretty fucking retarded, but they never let that stop them.

Fun fact, they threw a new version of the Chinese Lily White dialogue on the Japanese uploader, which addresses the issue of the missing FLAGSETTING function that broke some stuff, except they retardedly made the function apply to the standard dialogue set instead of this Chinese dialogue, so it's still fucking broken.
