It doesn't matter if ep I-IV murders were real or not.

Though,i believe more we go deeper, more we get close to the real truth (fake murders). That's why ep IV is all covered with magic, it's probably the closed thing that we got to Rokkenjima Prime.

Do ep 1-2 make Beato a murder? Well, personally i think it doesn't, we know the bomb goes off "regardless of the witch will" and they were all going to die anyway because of the adults. We know Beato became a witch because she wanted a happy ending, even though it was impossible in the end, and she died in despair.

Ep. VI was a CONFESSION. With zero level of difficulty. And the GM still have to abide to the game board rules.There are also hint of fake murders in other episode, ep 1, and ep IV especially.

She was planning and innocent fake murder mystery, one between George, Battler and Jessica was suppose to solve the epitaph, and the adulst would have get the gold in the end.
