To convince Junko to adopt you would require you to have no agency whatsoever in the finalisation of the adoption, in this case it would be entirely up to you to decide if you're willing to take the risk! If she does go overboard, it just means you'll spend more of your time with her, perhaps there won't be a day where you won't be spending time with her! On the other hand, not going overboard would mean you'd have more options in terms of how you'd be able to bond with Junko and others, a win/win scenario!
