What was your paralysis like? I strangely on rare occasions still get them, maybe once or twice a year. Almost all of mine involve weird masks or face-shaped forms getting on top of my body and close to my face, presumably on an attempt to try and block my breathing somehow. There was this one time though, where I woke up and I saw myself standing by my room's window. My dopple started moving towards the side of my bed, probably in an attempt to try and sit on top of my body. Since I couldn't move, I got really tense and sped up my breathing, breaking me out of the paralysis. That was the only time I ever saw another human-like hallucination in a paralysis.

They've almost completely stopped ever since I got off quetiapine, though. Can't remember the last time I had one.
