That's in Eientei, of course she'd be more comfortable there. Same goes for the human village. If Eirin is there, she won't be as nervous.

Eirin is a Doctor, she cures things.

Sure she may not be a master in the way where she would make sure you're treated like royalty at all times, but Reisen has her life needs and a lot of luxury. That's more than a lot of other Touhous can say they have.

Pleasing a genius is probably a hard thing to do, but Udonge's no idiot. Maybe a bit clueless at times, but yeah.

If you count Inaba as semi-canon, Eirin does let Udonge know that her hard work is needed and appreciated, despite the punishment time and what-not. I guess poor Udonge's sort of the black sheep, being the newest (Relatively so) arrival and all.
