The only thing that makes the thread even remotely /jp/ related is that the content of the video is a remix of touhou music. It is actually more /a/ related because it's a lucky star remix. The image isn't /jp/ related. It's just a shitty motivational. No hint as to why we might want to waste our precious seconds loading the video and clicking on another tab is given. It's not especially interesting, nor is it new. It is a ｒｅａｌｌｙ shitty thread. There just isn't quite grounds enough to report it. The OP needs to lurk more, and that's all.
