I had this idea where my story would tie in to an older, unfinished, completely forgotten story but it requires magical bullshit that's so out of control it even catches a Lilim off-guard.
Is that like, even possible, man?

I wouldn't mind a chitinous majority. It'd just be another aspect to admire. I also find it interesting when traits like fur, chitin or scales "spills" on to the face a bit or exists where the flesh does rather than just around it.

I think I need help.

All I can ever think about is that scene in Starship Troopers where they are fighting inside the base against a massive horde of bugs.

Specifically the parts where one bug would get a lucky swipe in and literally toss a guy out into sea of other bugs with human parts being randomly thrown into the air where he lands.

Except replace the entire scene with Soldier Beetles alongside other MGE bugs and the guys thrown out into the sea of girls end up with random pieces of armor and clothing being tossed into the air instead.
