for some reason i find the big boxed graphis logo much less infuriating than aikonhey
maybe it's because my brain can rationalise it as the actual creators of a product slapping their shit on something. it affects the overall artistry of a photo sadly but i "get" it.
with aikonhey, it just feels really slimy and self-important. i participate in piracy too but i would absolutely never try to leave my mark on something and adversely affect the "integrity" of something i'm just trying to share. imagine if someone here politely asked me to grab something with real-debrid for them and i burned a "Chorizo Okamoto" watermark into it?
sure those rippers are trying to get more adsense and repeat users or whatever but using the product itself as a marketing surface for your piracy operation is just stupid. i'm grateful for the goods but watermarks really rustle my jimmies
