After consulting hap gag, it turns out it's Lemmy's ghost trying to have a good time! Reimu sets up an ambush, but sleeps through the whole thing, thrice. Before she falls back on plan B, which entails just beating the living crap out of the other girls, Lemmy's leaving by himself because the band is actually breezing through history at the speed of sound and is now playing some kind of really gay NWoSHM, like, post-Clayman In Flames or something. He then starts to hang around with the Yama in Shin Jigoku, all the while playing cards with that titty monster.
Kasen, through all of this, does nothing but strike cool poses with one of her gajillion pets once or twice, and hands out some dango to everyone that can't run fast enough on the last page.
