New technique involving using bombs while at max energy to end it prematurely at opportune times instead of just attempting to control enemy death times, which is often stupid because of their random movement and the "music" shenanigans. I made some pretty huge mistakes (e.g. failing to reach max energy at all at any point during the stage 8 Higgs boson due to running into the antimatter constantly or not shotgunning well enough for any of the black holes), so I'd say 1350 is within the realm of possibility.
