On why zoc is being renamed and put under separate label:
So seiko and riko can come back, reminder that they "left"(not really) and zoc and ZOC were two different things. Also the real reason for riko leaving was to make seiko leaving look less bad.
To protect main label from liability and insanity
They have stagnated and this is revival
It's kind of reputation laundering, if you search for zoc you just get bad stuff about all the scandals, stuff they want to forget
