Not exactly, basically, Pikarin was a delinquent at school and being no good at anything, she tried modeling which lead to idoling. She supposedly hated since she knew no other idols/models who were into horror/anime/video & card games like she was. Eventually, she started moving her image towards a more demonic direction to match her own interests better. This is according to her own interviews.
