It squirts water with much greater pressure than running water ever could, because it's able to penetrate much further into the hole and it's pressed directly against the hole's walls. It literally works like an enema lol water goes in and forces whatever's inside to come out. It works perfectly and it's much faster than rinsing your hole over and over and hoping all the gunk comes out by itself. I usually fill the hole with water after using this to make sure there's nothing left and the water is crystal clear.
