This. Flan's got the strength of a thousand men, and the mentality of a child. That's not to say she isn't intelligent, she's just very immature.
She actually prefers to spend her time in the basement, away from other people (most of the time). Because of this, she's a little socially awkward, and doesn't have a lot of friends.

... Basically, Flan is just like most of the posters here on /jp/.
