You can see some websites on the picture. "Dishonors Japanese releases" means that a website may have Japanese eroge if they're actually untranslated, but if an English translation is available, it will most likely have it instead of the original. Also, you can try various spellings (Japanese title, romanization, different romanization, etc) when searching. Additionally, some VNs may be packaged in collections (eg. a company's 20th anniversary collection containing all their games), so if you don't find it individually you may search for the collection if one exists. Also, you may sometimes even find some VNs being shared on this thread if you search in the archives.
