Seems like a vore/fetish thing, would definitely be cool in TPE but impossibly expensive and heavy. It's been done with inflatables though, Hongyi offers inflatable tubes like this from China, Shosu in Netherlands, FuwaFuwa in Japan, there's even a place in Tokyo (vorecafe) that offers it as a kind of service (but with a giant inflatable whale instead of a tube)
