She was just very emotional after riding the truck through the audience, she was talking about how happy and ecstatic each audience member's eyes she met looked and how they were giving her their all to cheer her on. Honestly just sounds like it's been building up for a while, she's always been the stoic one of the cast after all.
She cheered up later on into the MC, it was really adorable how embarrassed she looked when Yabu teased her for letting the fans finally see her "cutesy" side.
