If I understand this correctly, (i.e 2/3 ~ means two thirds.) then the highest Yuudachi could do with two type B cannons is 105 dmg to a standard Ru class if all the stars lined up.

If it means two or three. Then the best she can do is 11.

((84*120%)*150%)-(70*(2/3))*100% = 104.5
((84*120%)*150%)-(70*2)*100% = 11.2
