There's definitely a difference. Softer and more flushed cheeks from foundation, lip gloss applied, eye shader and liner applied, etc. She's just good looking in general though so I can't really blame you for missing it.

The classic joke is pic related. Unfortunately not every iM@S seiyuu has been treated equally by time but I generally do think a good number of the older cast (original girls, early Cinderella girls, the older Million girls) look rather nice for their age, though I could be blinded by bias, makeup or both.
