Keeping looking at small towns in Akita prefecture on Google maps because I don't want anyone else to tell me the answer to the epitaph. It looks like "sweetfish river" being literally named ayu river was was too optimistic of me. I've heard you can solve it just by the second page with english only but that feels like a dead end.
