I often find my self wondering what my oshi's views on life are, we're on this world for ~70 years but what's the point? Even if you believe in a god, what purpose does this world serve? And if you don't believe in a god and believe life is a random anomaly, why is self preservation such an all powerful force? Even protists and creatures incapable of thought are driven by the same function to survive and reproduce. But why? She's given a few clues as to her beliefs, some minor insights, but the question has been really itching in the back of my mind, my guess is that she just doesn't focus on it all that much, which is fine, there's more than enough problems and challenges from day to day to keep you preoccupied from thinking about the concepts of existence, but I really want her thoughts on the matter. I consider myself to be a very goal oriented person, I need a purpose to drive my actions, the moment I feel like what I'm doing is pointless, or that there's no greater meaning to it, even in an abstract sense, it's over, Well, what of life? And it's not like I expect some super deep answer, the answer itself doesn't even really matter in a sense, I just want her opinion. I feel like that would motivate me more than anything, sort of like an anchor or maybe a lynchpin, I just need a starting point to build off of.
