That's clumsily written, but I'm pretty sure the code works fine and isn't intrusive, unlike Yuuma's retarded "tips" spammed every morning, and the ridiculously long sex scenes that would be spammed at the end of every day, and the many completely non-functional lines of code that prevent massive chunks of dialogue from ever being displayed.
I'm pretty sure that guy only writes and never actually plays the game or spend even a moment thinking about how his code affects the overall game. He's definitely not playtesting his own stuff, at the very least.

I tested First Menstruation using only TSP sex a little while ago, and it works fine. The only difficulty is that it's hard to trigger high levels of Creampie Addiction to increase the odds.
