Takeuchi really knocked it out of the park with Vlov's design. I love the way he draws him and wish he drew other characters with the same nose he gives Vlov. His outfit looks great and is visually pleasing as it gives him a regal and gothic looks with his vampiric nature being easy to see. An outstanding design and one of his best in years.
