I'm been reading conflicting things about pets and Stamina. There are multiple wikia Ally pages that state that pets will enter Tired status upon using their special actions:

But when you get the "Sleep Sharing" event (you can force the event if you use squeeze on a Soulmate or higher pet when standing on a bed when sleepy) you get a bunch of choices and each choice raises your or their percentage.

I think it's just all for fun, but the goal seems to get both your and your pet's percentage to 100 or more at the same time. When you get to 100, you "reach your limit" so I always try to get both of us to reach it at the same time. I didn't manage to do so in that pic, but did the second time.

It probably does nothing, but I've noticed that I get pretty high potential increases if I manage to get both to 100 when the event happens on its own.
