Higurashi itself isn't even in their top50 (it is in their top100 though), and yet it's clearly bigger than many series there.

Umineko isn't there because the list people use has a minimum amount of votes (500) to avoid stuff like a few fanboys rating something obscure to the top which cuts off all Umineko entries, and only leaves two Higurashi ones.
