That really makes me wonder if, hypothetically, someone makes a synth that has all the flexibility of current Vocaloid/CeVIO/NT but also produces by default singing completely indistinguishable from a human singer, and then someone uses the flexibility to perform feats just barely impossible for humans (like sustaining a perfect pitch for too long, or singing slightly too fast, or skip breathing...) if it will sound worse than if it was not realistic at all because as it would hit some uncanny valley of singing that can't really be fixed by improving technology.
