1. Get a tape measure and get your dolls dimensions
2. Look up a clothing size chart and compare her measurements to that to find out what size to buy
Don't specially look for super stetchy things since it'll all stretch anyway and dolls have idealized proportions anyway so stuff is more likely to be a loose on their frame
For a rough reference though you're going to want like a size 7 or 8 at that height

Stop trying to buy women's clothes, at that size you need to either buy kids clothes or get things custom made
Look at training bras, halter tops, string bikinis, and active/dance wear, remember that spandex is your friend and tight form fitting clothes are as sexy as something with a plunging neckline
Learning about women's fashion is imperative if you want your doll to look cute dressed up

>Clothes
At 130cm I have to shop kids sizes for her, the 155cm fits most women's small sizes
For the elfs clothes the issue is going to be wont be able to find things like sexy lingerie by default but if you hone your fashion sense you can come up with some good outfits, think short shorts, tank tops, halters, crop tops, active and dance wear for tight clothes, that sort of thing
>TPE or Silicone
Both of my dolls are TPE but I have some silicone holes, generally TPE feels better to the touch but some silicone blends are soft enough to be comperable, you're looking at Pipers and I hear they have a really soft silicone blend so you should be fine either way

Something no one has brought up yet that you really need to think about is clothes staining your doll, especially if you're going to be buying cheap stuff from asia
Cheap clothes leak a lot of dye and TPE especially will absorb that if you aren't careful, silicone is a little more resistant but will still stain
What you want to do is try and avoid darks or vibrant colors, reds and blacks are some of the worst, look for whites and pastels, and whatever clothes you get you should wash them or soak them in the sink with some detergent for a while just to bleed out any loose dye, it's a hassle and you'll probably need to do it multiple times to get all the dye out of something and even then it still might stain but reducing the danger is worth it
Now all that doesn't mean you have to completely avoid those colors, just take precautions, try not to leave it on your doll for long, and especially avoid putting pressure on one of those areas if you can
Here's the elf in some dark clothes she wore for a week without getting any stains

>silicone vs TPE
Silicone is more resilient and requires less maintenance but costs more, TPE is softer and feels better but can be damage more easily and needs a little extra care but is also cheaper
As for the dolls the Akira would be just under 5 foot which is around XS sizes for women's clothes in the US and the Aika is about 4 foot tall which is the same size as my elf and she needs kids clothes, overall it's gonna be easier to find sexy clothes for the bigger doll while you'll have to get creative with things like crop tops and tights for the smaller doll
