The finale for some reason made Satoko shorter and less well endowed than previous episodes. Tomato's art seemed to attempt to keep her proportions even with that new outfit.

See this illustration from an animation director for example. And bizarrely this one is from the director who handled the finale itself, where Satoko looked nothing like this.
