She would not be the same character though. Aka's first published work was in 2011, even if he was already in the market he was a no one in 2007. Would Lia be available at the time and accept some job from a no name company for an untested and unknown tech at the time (Saki Fujita was considerably lower profile)? Would the investors put the same money in the project? Was anything about IA influenced by all the vocaloids before and all the vocaloid community? Would IA V2 sound the same as IA V3? Would she inherit Miku's traits like leek and shimapan and become something completely different?

It's very possible that if Miku didn't exist there would be no Miku with a different look and singer, and the golden age of Vocaloids simply never happens. There is more to Miku than being the first (which she wasn't anyway).
