/jp/ - Otaku Culture

/a/ (the motherland) has been going downhill thanks to an increased userbase. Sadly, this is the fate that awaits all boards. In the year 2012, /jp/ will have the same problem.

The only thing that *really separates /a/ from /jp/ is the topics. In the end of the day, animu makes for a better discussion then Touhou and a handful of weeaboo visual novels. Now don't get me wrong; you might enjoy playing mediocre shoot em up games and untranslated (weeaboo) visual novels. Too each his own.

Saying /a/ has become shit is unfair. I wonder how good /jp/'s userbase will be once it becomes as big as /a/'s.
