/jp/ - Otaku Culture

Touhou Moon project leader here. Since I've seen people saying they think this project is dead, I'm just going to make this post to let anyone who cares know that that is not the case.

I don't have anything new to tell you guys, since the last update I made in the last thread we had(I think it was like two or three weeks ago), pretty much all the decisions for the final release version of the game have been made. Team members are working on their respective areas of the game. The going is slow right now, because a lot of the team is in college/similar schooling, but that should be done in the near future, and hopefully things will pick up again. None of the original team has quit.

I guess if you have any questions, I can answer them, or, if I, for some reason, do not have an answer, I can try to procure one for you.

I have four programmers. One is about to graduate(about a month and a half) with a bachelor's in Computer Science, another two are friends of mine who I know know their shit, and the other is an interested /jp/er.

I have an interested artist, whose work I quite like.

I have ONE PERSON interested in character sprite work that I am still in discussions with. If you are interested, please do not hesitate to send me an email or reply to this thread.

I have two people interested in doing music. I've received samples from both of them, and they will be working together on this project.

I have two people interested in writing, I've received samples from both of them and they've already started on dialogue. Both are quite good, I think.
