Care to explain why you think this makes sense? Why would Reiko Kobayakawa possessing Semi-Classic ripeness disqualify her as a hag outright? Or Hitomi Enjo being Classic-True?
If anything, the most glaring issue is that True-Ultimate sounds semantically riper than Ultimate which isn't true.
