Fellow hagchad here, great review but there are probably better recommendations for those who have yet to develop their palate and appreciation for hags, especially if you're actually trying to recruit them to our cause. If 40 is his limit, maybe start in the low to mid 40s (Yuka Mizuno, Maki Hojo, Momoko Isshiki, Mariko Sada, etc) before moving into late 40s territory (Yuko Shiraki, Maki Tomoda).
