'You' as in 'Yo, what's hanging' and 'mu' as in 'move'.....

The only thing you've got to be careful of is the slight 'ghosting' of the 'u' on 'You' (which makes the difference between 'rice'/'dinner' and 'plywood' in spoken Japanese), but all that really is is holding the 'o' slightly longer.
