I use the Pomodoro technique all day when studying and things have been progressing along quite well. I have been wondering about my time usage in my breaks. Do any of you fucks use the Pomodoro technique? What do you do in your breaks 5 to 10-minute breaks? I actively avoid this site and others like it in that time window just to be able to get back into studying without veering too far off track.
